This is a design and build project by UBL, for a real estate developer. Elite Plus homes were completed in December 2023. The project is located in Ruiru Mugutha, Kiambu County. Four units three bedrooms with an ensuite dsq flat roof modern bungalows with a usable terrace. The houses are a gated community of four units.
